Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc is a classic French vine variety which is most commonly used in blends with Cabernet Sauvignon. It is well established in Italy, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand. It is also known as Bouchet (St-emilion), Bouchy (Madrian), Breton (Loire), Cabernet Frank (Italy), Bouchet and Carmenet (Medocain).
